Our story
Four companies, one recurring bug
Monvero exists because the fix was always the same and nobody would sell it to us.
2022
The fourth rewrite
Noor and Ilya were on the same incident call at two different companies in the same month, debugging the same class of retry bug. They compared notes and realised the fix had been written four times in four private repositories.
2023
Eleven weeks in a borrowed office
The first version routed events for a single design agency in Lisbon. It handled forty thousand events a day and fell over twice, both times for reasons we had predicted and ignored.
2024
The latency budget
We published our first public latency numbers and committed to renegotiating them with customers rather than quietly revising them. It cost us one deal and won us three.
2025
Series B, same headcount
We raised without growing the team. The constraint was deliberate: every person we added would have to make decisions slower before they made them faster.
2026
General availability
Four point one billion events a day across three regions, run by nineteen people, with the on-call rotation that nobody dreads.
